My name is Ryan Kari and I’m the Chief Technology Officer at MagCanica, based in San Diego, California, and my partner on this endeavor, Ivan Garshelis, is based in Massachusetts. I have been developing magnetoelastic torque sensors for motorsport and military applications for more than 17 years, and have a background in mechanical and electrical engineering, am an avid programmer and dabble in magnetoelastics. My primary focus remains torque sensing, but firmly believe that this discovery could be the building block of great things.
